Training Times (age 6+):
Fridays:6-7PM (Beginners to Red belts)
Fridays:7-8PM (Yellow belts to Black belts)
Sundays:11-12PM (Beginners to Red belts)
Sundays:12-1PM (Yellow belts to Black belts)
We operate a continuous beginners programme but please contact us to book your place.
IN-HOUSE COURSE - 13/7/18
We are privileged to have Sensei Austin Birks, 5th Dan, come along on Friday 13 July to do a course with us.
He was a friend of Sensei Franklyn Doras and they both trained under Sensei Cyril Cummings.
More details to follow later but please do make the effort to be there.
